About the role
Collège Champittet, a leading international school in the Lake Geneva region, is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to join its multilingual community. The role involves creating a supportive learning environment and collaborating with families.
Key responsibilities
- Create a quality teaching environment that fosters learner agency and applies positive discipline principles.
- Act as a coach by setting challenging, inspiring, and motivating learning objectives aligned with the Collège philosophy.
- Adapt teaching to the strengths and needs of each pupil, including high‑ability and special educational needs students.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress and provide accurate oral and written feedback.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree and PGCE or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of proven excellence in teaching, preferably in an international setting.
- Native English speaker with fluent French.
- Valid Swiss work permit and clean criminal record.
