Process Analytical Technology Lead

About the role

The Process Analytical Technology (PAT) Lead drives the implementation of alternative analytical techniques for process analysis and control, focusing on developing PAT applications from lab to pilot scale and introducing them into first manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local PAT activities and coordinate the PAT team.
• Define, develop and continuously improve local PAT capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to apply PAT techniques across manufacturing processes.
• Act as point of contact with Swiss manufacturing sites and shape the global PAT strategy.

Required profile

• Academic qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Science or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Process Analytical Technology or a closely related field.
• Understanding of manufacturing environments, analytical techniques and Quality Control.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
