Procurement Manager

About the role
Red Bull Switzerland is looking for a Procurement Manager to build and lead the Procurement function. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive transparency, create value, and ensure efficient sourcing across categories such as logistics, media, events, and promotional materials.
Key responsibilities
- Design and embed local procurement policies, processes, and governance aligned with global standards.
- Develop a procurement roadmap, increase spend visibility, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing initiatives, from strategy definition to contract finalisation.
- Shape category strategies, consolidate spend, and negotiate contracts to achieve best pricing, quality and risk outcomes.
- Establish and maintain transparent relationships with key suppliers, including performance management and sustainability integration.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning procurement with business needs and reporting KPIs, savings and value contributions.
Required profile
- 4‑5+ years of experience in indirect procurement (logistics, events, media, marketing or business services).
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and drive insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and global procurement units.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- SAP (or similar ERP system)
- BI tools / dashboards for data analysis
