Procurement Manager – Warehousing (EMEA)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the strategic evolution of warehousing for its Innovative Medicine Supply Chain across EMEA. Based in Zug, the role combines on‑site collaboration (three days a week) with remote work, supporting a 40‑hour week until 31 December 2026 with possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement sourcing strategies that ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery and cost competitiveness.
• Lead cross‑functional negotiation teams and manage tender/RFP processes.
• Conduct supplier risk analysis and develop regional supplier portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with business partners to align sourcing solutions with current and future operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and drive performance through supplier partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing or transportation.
• Hands‑on experience with warehousing operations and supply‑chain processes.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
• Ability to work both on‑site in Zug and remotely.
