Procurement Process Manager

About the role

Richemont’s Group Procurement Excellence team is looking for a Procurement Process Manager to lead the design, optimisation and governance of the global Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, digital transformation and user‑centric solutions across the Group’s indirect procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current non‑stock goods and services procurement processes, identify inefficiencies and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Design, optimise and govern end‑to‑end P2P workflows to ensure compliance, speed and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead complex P2P transformation projects from strategic analysis through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in IT, Finance, Legal and the Maisons to gather requirements and align initiatives with group strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, policies, flowcharts and training materials.
• Champion change management, delivering executive communications, training and support to ensure adoption.
• Explore and pilot automation and AI use cases to streamline procurement activities.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes and large‑scale transformation.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leadership.
• Experience in change management and driving user‑centric solutions.
