Product Analyst (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to turn complex product and user data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve customer experiences. Working remotely from Switzerland, you will operate at the intersection of analytics, product management, and business strategy, influencing product performance across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to uncover trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics such as retention, conversion, LTV, revenue, and churn.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Conduct deep analyses of customer journeys, feature adoption, promotional initiatives, and overall product performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate new releases, enhancements, and A/B testing results.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure analytical data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role within digital products.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience handling large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Solid understanding of product analytics, customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with event‑based analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital product monetization models and customer lifecycle management is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and detail‑oriented.
