Product Marketing Manager

About the role

RealAdvisor is seeking a hands‑on Product Marketing Manager to shape how we communicate with users throughout the customer lifecycle. This fully remote freelance position will work closely with Product, Growth, and Operations to turn product features and insights into high‑converting campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimise onboarding, activation, retention, upsell and reactivation journeys across email, SMS, push and in‑product messaging.
• Define positioning, messaging and value propositions for new products and features, and create go‑to‑market plans.
• Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, product updates and marketing collateral.
• Build, QA and optimise campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Track performance, analyse funnels, cohorts and conversion data, and run A/B tests to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product, lifecycle, growth or CRM marketing.
• Strong copywriting ability and talent for simplifying complex products.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment is preferred.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish a plus.
