Product Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager you will lead the marketing strategy for the Electrical Safety Solutions business unit of Sécheron Hasler Group. You will work closely with product line managers, sales, and business development to promote both new and existing railway‑technology products worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the unit’s growth objectives.
• Plan and manage product launches and market introduction activities.
• Create promotional materials such as brochures, PowerPoint decks, videos, animations and e‑learning modules.
• Produce website and social‑media content to raise product visibility.
• Conduct competitor product analyses to support sales and product positioning.
• Coordinate trade‑show participation and manage related budgets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation for internal and external use.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in industrial or railway sectors.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, business development).
• Ability to translate technical information into clear marketing messages.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
