Product Owner - Portfolio Analysis & Position Management

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of its core Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform (Temenos Triple A), which is the single source of truth for client holdings, performance reporting and analytical insights across its digital ecosystem. The role defines the global product strategy, target architecture and delivery roadmap within an Agile Release Train (ART) framework, reports to the Digital Business Transformation unit under the COO Office and leads a cross-functional global team.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the platform, balancing feature delivery, technical enhancement and production stability.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, target state and multi-year roadmap aligned with group-wide objectives and technology standards.
• Work with business partners, architects and engineers to deliver capabilities such as advanced valuation, performance attribution, risk-adjusted returns and cash flow analytics.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and release coordination in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Act as the main contact between business and technology stakeholders and manage expectations across geographies.
• Champion DevOps and continuous improvement to improve resilience, scalability and automation.
• Serve as the final gatekeeper during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product ownership or product management experience, ideally in wealth management, asset management or investment operations.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting concepts such as position valuation, performance measurement, accruals calculation, cash flow analysis and transaction processing.
• Experience managing distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment; familiarity with APAC, EMEA and nearshore delivery is advantageous.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with the Temenos Triple A platform is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps practices.
