Production Specialist

About the role

Join FIFA’s Administration team in Zurich as a Production Specialist, supporting the creation and delivery of print and digital assets for world‑class sport events. You will manage in‑house printing, coordinate merchandise orders, and act as the main contact for the corporate online shop.

Key responsibilities

• Run and schedule the in‑house print facility (digital and large‑format), maintain equipment, and ensure quality standards.
• Handle urgent, same‑day print requests for events and track costs, turnaround times, and health‑safety compliance.
• Create on‑brand print and digital assets from concept to final production for events, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Manage the corporate online shop vendor: brief new products, approve artwork, monitor service levels, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain supplier relationships, track production status and costs, resolve operational issues, and support junior team members.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in print production and graphic design.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Experience managing external suppliers or agencies.
• Native or fluent English; working proficiency in German.
• Highly organised, autonomous, and able to handle multiple concurrent orders.

Required skills

• Professional‑level command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Hands‑on experience operating and maintaining print production equipment.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce or online shop administration platforms (a plus).
