Professorships in Clinical Psychology – e-Mental Health

About the role

UniDistance Suisse seeks two full‑time professors in Clinical Psychology with a strong focus on e‑mental health. The positions combine high‑impact research, digital teaching, and academic leadership in a dynamic, research‑intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internationally visible research on e‑mental health and publish in leading journals.
• Secure competitive third‑party research funding.
• Supervise Bachelor, Master and doctoral students.
• Provide academic leadership and develop collaborations nationally and internationally.
• Teach in French and/or German using online and distance formats.
• Develop e‑learning and digital education approaches.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Faculty and participate in academic self‑governance.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree in psychology or a closely related field.
• Several years of post‑doctoral research experience in clinical psychology.
• Federal recognition as a psychotherapist (or equivalent) or at an advanced stage.
• Strong research focus on e‑mental health or digital approaches.
• Proven record of high‑quality research output and successful acquisition of competitive funding.
• University‑level teaching experience in clinical psychology.
• Active proficiency in French or German and strong academic proficiency in English.
