Project Assistant – Luxury Goods

About the role

Timeless Elegance, a Swiss group managing luxury brands in fashion, leather goods and skincare, is looking for a Project Assistant (60-80%) to support the continuous development of its brand portfolio for the location in Zug. The position can be filled immediately or by appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers
• Monitor projects via Gantt charts or timeline files
• Prepare PPT presentations and tables for project meetings and GL
• Maintain the product database and document it
• Take meeting minutes
• Handle sub-projects independently

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a businessman or businesswoman
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Experience in the luxury goods or cosmetics industry desired
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Affinity for the luxury or cosmetics industry
• Accurate, independent work, team player, able to work under pressure

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Logical, networked thinking and quick perception
