About the role

This position combines operational excellence with strategic content execution in a fast‑moving digital environment. You will oversee marketing initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring content quality, consistency, and alignment across multiple channels while working with internationally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end marketing calendar and ensure campaigns, launches, and initiatives meet schedule and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including product updates, educational initiatives, promotional activities, and platform announcements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, compliance, legal, operations, design) to define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Monitor campaign execution, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Oversee content production workflows, ensuring assets are scoped, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time and to quality standards.
  • Produce, edit, and publish written content such as blog articles, newsletters, educational materials, website copy, and platform communications.
  • Maintain content accuracy, compliance, strategic alignment, and SEO optimisation.
  • Prepare performance reports, campaign summaries, and documentation for continuous improvement.
  • Manage content publishing across CMS platforms and distribution channels while keeping structured documentation.

Required profile

  • 3‑5+ years of experience in project management, content management, marketing operations, or a similar cross‑functional role.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced, product‑driven, or regulated environments.
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms, financial‑technology products, digital assets, or related markets.
  • Excellent written and editorial communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
