Project Coordinator – Cost Control & Financial Tracking (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support an international life‑science company in Lengnau, Switzerland. The role focuses on cost control, financial tracking and overall project coordination for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment, with the possibility of extension. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and execution from a CAPEX/OPEX perspective.
• Coordinate schedules, resources and project‑related information across teams.
• Track budgets, costs, timelines and overall project progress.
• Prepare regular reports and support financial analysis activities.
• Organise stakeholder meetings, document outcomes and follow‑up actions.
• Support risk management and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, PMO or project support functions.
• Strong understanding of cost control and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with solid organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience in GMP‑regulated environments is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in clean‑room environments when required.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
