Project Lead, Enabling Technologies

About the role

The ET Project Lead owns the execution and in‑market stewardship of Enovis Enabling Technologies, driving the launch and ongoing success of the ARVIS system and future digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of ARVIS Limited Market Release and early launch phases, ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee training of surgeons and OR teams, providing hands‑on support for the first cases at each site.
• Coordinate system deployment, logistics and site readiness, acting as the local point of contact for operational issues.
• Assess hospital and surgeon readiness, enforce clinical and operational protocols, and support early KOL engagement.
• Monitor post‑deployment utilisation, identify adoption barriers and drive continuous improvement.
• Support portfolio expansion by introducing additional ET and digital solutions and providing input on scalability for future technologies.
• Serve as the primary interface with International ET, ensuring global governance and standards are applied locally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business or related field.
• 7–10 years of MedTech experience, preferably with surgical technologies, navigation, robotics or capital equipment.
• Proven track record in product launches, clinical support or field operations and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong operational execution mindset, ability to manage complexity and high credibility with surgeons.
