Project Lead Phys-Chem QC (80-100%)

About the role

Lead pharmaceutical development projects from early phases through to market readiness, ensuring QC work‑packages are delivered on time and in compliance with cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QC aspects of drug product projects and represent QC in internal and customer meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery of documentation, address risks proactively, and support audits as a QC subject‑matter expert.
• Drive process improvements, share best practices, and maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMP.

Required profile

• MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in analytics or quality control under cGMP regulations, with knowledge of the analytical lifecycle for biotechnology products and CMC requirements.
• Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
