Project Manager – Compliance

About the role

Capco is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex transformation projects in the compliance domain for leading Swiss wealth and asset managers. You will engage with senior client stakeholders and contribute to Capco’s thought leadership in compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi‑jurisdiction, multi‑dimensional strategic projects in Wealth & Asset Management compliance.
• Support marketing efforts such as thought leadership, events, articles and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive Capco’s position as a leading compliance consultancy in Switzerland.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of compliance experience in wealth & asset management, preferably in banks or consultancies.
• Deep expertise in areas such as AML, transaction monitoring, financial crime, RegTech or compliance transformation.
• Proven ability to lead complex regulatory and strategic projects across lines of defense.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interact with senior executives.
• Excellent communication in English and German.

Required skills

• Knowledge of compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with compliance technology and transformation operating models (TOM).
