Project Manager – Fintech & Digital Payments

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology and fintech initiatives within a fast‑evolving digital payments environment. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to drive multiple projects from initiation to delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of internal and external technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Plan, monitor and report on project timelines, risks, resources and financials.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports and presentation materials for leadership.
• Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Background in fintech, payments, blockchain or cryptocurrency industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• PMI or similar project management certification (preferred).
