Project Manager

About the role

Blockstream is seeking a Project Manager to join its Service & Enterprise Solutions organization, coordinating and delivering client projects across enterprise and institutional engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with administration, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Maintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards for accurate status visibility.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Maintain documentation repositories and assist onboarding of new team members.
• Collect project data for reporting to internal leadership and clients.
• Support budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and contribute to PMO process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
• Experience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in fintech or technology environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Self‑starter with proven collaborative ability across teams and geographies.
• Languages: Swiss German, German, English required; French and/or Italian a plus.
