Project Manager – SaaS Implementations (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS implementation projects for hospitality customers across Switzerland. Operating in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and maintain strong customer relationships from kickoff to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of several customer implementation projects, covering initiation, deployment, and handover.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead regular customer meetings, steering committees, and project reviews with clear status reporting.
• Handle change requests, escalations, and stakeholder communications to keep alignment and satisfaction high.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, technical experts, support, and customer success teams.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline administration, reporting, documentation, and follow‑up.
• Monitor project health using data‑driven insights and predictive analysis to identify risks early.
• Maintain accurate records in project management and CRM systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, templates, best practices, and AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS implementations, professional services, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals such as scope, scheduling, risk assessment, RAID, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Rocketlane, Precursive, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI or similar.
