Project Manager – Supply Chain PLM Integration

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to lead the integration of critical Supply Chain requirements into a complex PLM solution. The role is based in Zuchwil, works hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), and lasts 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day execution of Supply Chain and External Manufacturing activities within PLM Phase 1.
• Maintain and track an integrated project plan, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Translate Supply Chain priorities into structured project plans and executive‑ready status updates.
• Coordinate across IT, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Operations to align requirements with PLM system design.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces with Jabil/External Manufacturing partners.
• Maintain risk, issue and dependency logs, proactively escalating impacts on milestones.
• Produce data‑driven reporting and keep key project artifacts up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in cross‑functional, regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering system transformation projects (PLM, ERP, digital).
• Strong communication skills across global teams and ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
