Property Project Manager - Renovations & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to coordinate renovation, construction and property improvement projects across a portfolio of properties. Based in Nyon, the role combines project planning, coordination and budget monitoring, with opportunities to work on projects throughout Switzerland and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, responsibilities, deadlines, budgets, dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate architects, builders, plumbers, electricians, engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal team members, and lead regular progress meetings.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify potential overruns early.
• Use project‑management software to keep plans, documents and reporting up‑to‑date, and drive process improvements including AI tool usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of project‑management experience, preferably in construction, renovation or property improvement.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously with clear methodology.
• Experience coordinating architects, designers, engineers and contractors.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and persistent with follow‑ups.
• Fluent in English and French, based in or able to commute to Nyon, with a valid driving licence and work authorisation for Switzerland.
• Willingness to travel between office and project sites and flexible working hours as required.
