Purchaser – Indirect Procurement Category Manager

About the role

As a key member of the Global Supply Chain organisation, you will shape and execute Beyond Gravity’s global indirect procurement strategy, focusing on Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel and Contingent Workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies, analysing spend, market trends and business requirements to drive savings and risk reduction.
• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP processes, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Govern external service providers, ensuring compliance with internal policies, export controls and sustainability standards.
• Manage strategic suppliers with KPIs, SLAs and regular performance reviews, driving continuous improvement.
• Report savings, cost avoidance, contract coverage and category risks to procurement leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Law or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing or category management in an international environment.
• Proven track record sourcing complex services such as Corporate Services, Engineering Services, Travel or Contingent Workforce.
• Fluency in English and German, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
