Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

The Purchasing Coordinator will support the flow of goods from suppliers to our distribution centre in Belgium and to international distributors. Working closely with Product Management, Sales and logistics partners, you will ensure orders are entered accurately, deliveries are planned on time and all administrative steps are completed.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and track purchase orders in collaboration with product and sales teams.
• Plan delivery schedules, monitor progress and guarantee deadline compliance.
• Coordinate with European and Asian subcontractors on logistics matters.
• Organise shipments to the Belgian distribution centre and to overseas distributors.
• Prepare purchasing reports, statistics and analytical documents.
• Verify invoices and perform related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Commercial Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in a commercial or purchasing environment.
• Accurate, independent and proactive work style.
• Methodical and logical mindset.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge is an asset)
