Quality Associate – GMP (Junior and Experienced)

About the role

Proclinical is recruiting two Quality Associates for a cardiovascular therapy area in the pharmaceutical industry: one junior position and one experienced position. The role supports quality assurance activities and ensures compliance with GMP standards. Candidates must have the right to work in the location or hold an EU passport.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deviations and implement change management processes.
• Conduct quality assurance activities on the production floor.
• Provide training and administrative support to the team.
• Review PRO-QA documentation and batch records.
• Monitor aseptic processes and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Use IT systems such as Excel, Word, OneNote and AI tools effectively.

Required profile

• Native German speaker.
• Experienced candidate: proven GMP experience in Quality Assurance, university degree in science (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD), and ability to travel to Bern within one hour.
• Junior candidate: GMP experience, preferably in Quality Assurance; if no scientific degree, at least 5 years of GMP experience is required.
• Availability for early morning shifts (from 05:00) and/or late evening shifts (after 22:00).

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and OneNote.
• GMP knowledge and experience.
