Quality Assurance Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Architect to define and drive a comprehensive testing and quality strategy across our Geosystems products. You will shape test automation, performance and security testing, and embed quality practices into our CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a holistic testing and quality strategy for multiple teams and products.
• Develop test plans, automation concepts and quality frameworks that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Introduce and manage modern testing, automation and quality‑enablement tools, creating custom solutions when required.
• Conduct performance and security testing to identify risks early and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote a quality‑first mindset and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with performance and security testing, open‑source compliance and structured quality processes.
• Solid software engineering foundation, including clean code principles, test automation and Git workflows.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented and excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively across roles and locations.
