Quality Assurance Operations Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Operations Technician to join our team in Switzerland and support day‑to‑day QA activities in a GMP‑regulated biopharma manufacturing environment. You will work closely with production, QC, and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily QA operations in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing setting.
• Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for GMP compliance.
• Participate in shop‑floor QA activities and provide operational quality oversight.
• Assist with deviation management, investigations, CAPAs, and change control.
• Ensure procedures and documentation meet internal quality standards and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, MSAT and other functions.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects and inspection readiness.

Required profile

• Technician degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA Operations experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
• Good understanding of GMP requirements and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in aseptic or biologics manufacturing is a plus.
• Fluent in French and/or English.
