Quality Engineer

About the role

EH Group Engineering (EHG) is pioneering compact, high‑power‑density fuel cell technology for heavy‑duty mobility and large‑scale stationary power. To support its vision of a decarbonised future, the company is looking for a Quality Engineer who will build and maintain robust quality systems ensuring that fuel‑cell products meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans, control plans, PFMEAs and inspection criteria.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities with suppliers and internal teams.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using 8D and 5‑Why methods.
• Manage non‑conformities, containment actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform supplier and internal audits and support ISO 9001 certification.
• Analyse quality data (SPC) to improve first‑pass yield.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering and supply‑chain functions.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in mechanical, manufacturing, materials or quality engineering.
• 3–4 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French; German is a plus.
