Quality Manager (80-100%)

About the role

As a Quality Manager based at our headquarters in Givisiez, you will be a key contributor to the Quality Management team, ensuring consistent quality standards across the entire product lifecycle. You will act as a central interface between internal teams and global partners, driving continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update SAP S/4HANA QM transactions and manage warranty claims for international distributors.
• Oversee Power BI KPI analysis for internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support to distributors.
• Develop and maintain internal process audits across the supply chain in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Supervise bicycle production at multiple global locations together with engineers and product managers.
• Create technical manuals and documentation in collaboration with compliance and marketing teams.
• Maintain the Bike and Spare Part Archive and support the development of online warranty and bike registration processes.
• Implement automated spare‑part re‑ordering transactions in SAP S/4HANA.

Required profile

• Strong team player comfortable working in an international, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C; knowledge of SAP BI is a plus.
• Background in customer service, preferably within the bike industry.
• Investigative skills related to European legislation and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with authorities and technical services.
• Several years of experience and technical knowledge in the bike industry.
