Quality Specialist – QMS Lead (ISO 9001)

About the role

Otis Switzerland is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, Otis global standards, and OPXL requirements. The role supports the field organization and drives a culture of continuous improvement across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and enhance the QMS according to ISO 9001 and Otis directives.
• Ensure compliance with OPXL performance standards and support PUI (Product/Process Quality Improvement) activities.
• Manage action plans, documentation, and internal/external ISO audit preparation.
• Present audit results to the Executive Committee and drive corrective actions.
• Train employees on ISO 9001 and OPXL tools such as MFA and 5S.

Required profile

• Autonomous work style with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
• Customer‑focused attitude and proactive support for business needs.
• Ability to communicate and train in German and French (mandatory); Italian and English are a plus.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 knowledge and application.
• OPXL methodology experience.
• Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) tool usage.
• 5S lean‑tool implementation.
