Reduced Risk Products Finance Manager

About the role

Join JTI’s Global Financial Performance team as a Finance Manager for Reduced Risk Products (RRP). Based at the Geneva headquarters, you will provide financial expertise that drives strategic and commercial decisions across a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to deliver financial guidance for strategic business decisions.
• Develop and analyse financial scenarios to support decision‑making in a competitive environment.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to business case development.
• Coordinate planning activities and consolidate business plans from regional and market stakeholders.
• Monitor profitability, performance management, and inventory‑related risks.
• Prepare financial insights, presentations, and reports for senior management.
• Drive process improvements and support automation and AI initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or related field, or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Solid financial management experience with proven commercial engagement.
• Cross‑functional experience in an international business environment.
• Exposure to tobacco or FMCG industry processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical thinking.
