Regional Business Controller Europe & Africa

About the role

Join the Perfume Finance Controlling team in Neuchâtel as a Regional Business Controller for Europe & Africa. You will act as a strategic partner, supporting decision‑making and driving performance across all sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales and sell‑out performance, analyse variances versus budget, forecast and prior year, and support business reviews.
• Oversee the regional P&L, focusing on profitability, gross margin, cost control and below‑the‑line expenses.
• Track marketing investments and promotional expenses, challenge spending assumptions and ensure ROI.
• Support monthly closing activities, manage accruals, reclassifications and monitor inventory and working‑capital indicators.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, consolidating assumptions and delivering analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or business finance, preferably in an international, matrix environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities, rigor, business acumen and collaborative approach.
• Fluent in English; French and other European languages are a plus.
