About the role

PWC is seeking a Director to lead its International Private Client & Family Office Tax practice for the Romandie and Turkish Tax Desk. The role involves shaping client engagements, mentoring teams and upholding PwC’s reputation for quality and integrity.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic advice on international tax planning, compliance and structuring for multinational clients.
Develop thought‑leadership, new tax solutions and market opportunities.
Drive technology adoption and collaborative work across the PwC network.
Ensure adherence to professional standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

Extensive experience in international tax, corporate tax planning and family office services.
Proven leadership ability to inspire teams and mentor future leaders.
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
