Regional Financial Controller

About the role

Teoxane Laboratories seeks a Regional Financial Controller on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis to cover maternity leave. The role partners with Regional Vice‑Presidents across Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe, providing strategic financial insight to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Regional VPs, delivering KPI‑based insights aligned with corporate strategy.
• Evaluate ROI of sales and marketing investments and support distribution agreement negotiations.
• Guide order‑to‑cash processes, monitor distributor performance and enforce pricing strategies.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting and actuals reporting, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews of growth, market share and profitability against benchmarks.
• Support affiliate financing, working‑capital optimisation and transfer‑pricing execution.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to analyse stock, demand and sales forecasts.
• Implement compliance tools for distributor adherence and propose financing solutions to secure receivables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and Commercial teams.
• Undertake special missions assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and sales controlling, with strong knowledge of financial and sales processes.
• Proven ability to switch between strategic thinking and detailed analytical work.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Tagetik (plus).
