Regional Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Identify and engage both passive and active candidates through multiple channels.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support recruitment projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage market insights and talent trends to influence hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including senior‑level or hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
