About the role

Vital Records Control Companies is seeking a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned territory. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals while representing the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory action plan based on data analysis and market trends.
Maintain a consistent pipeline and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct demos, and manage the full sales cycle.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry association meetings to increase brand awareness.
Prepare professional reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive presentations.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a corporate setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to travel 40‑50% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency with sales management software.
Experience using CRM systems.
