Regional SDR Director

About the role

The Regional SDR Director will lead and scale high‑performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams across multiple global regions from a base in Switzerland. This senior leadership position combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive pipeline generation, align sales development with company objectives, and nurture future sales leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SDR and BDR teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring consistent inbound and outbound execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop SDR managers, creating scalable coaching frameworks.
• Build and maintain a multi‑million‑dollar sales pipeline through prospecting, process optimization, and disciplined operations.
• Leverage data analytics, CRM insights, and performance metrics to improve forecasting and productivity.
• Partner with regional sales leaders, marketing, and field engineering to align initiatives with business goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high‑potential sales talent while fostering a strong remote team culture.
• Experiment with innovative outbound approaches and adapt strategies to market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading successful SDR/BDR or sales development organizations, preferably across multiple regions.
• Track record of delivering measurable outbound results and building qualified pipeline.
• Experience managing managers and developing leadership capabilities within sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data and CRM platforms to drive performance.
