Registered Nurse / Pflegefachkraft – Multiple Locations in Switzerland

About the role

We are hiring qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses / Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) to provide high‑quality patient care across Switzerland. The role offers professional growth in modern healthcare environments as part of multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care, monitor patient health conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Support patients with mobility, personal care, daily activities and assist with medical procedures and wound care.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation, care plans and participate in shift handovers.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients and families while following hygiene, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as Registered Nurse / Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or equivalent.
• Recognised nursing qualification in Switzerland or willingness to complete the recognition process.
• Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation, elderly care or outpatient care is preferred.
• Reliable, responsible, compassionate and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• German, French or Italian language skills depending on the region.
