Relationship Manager – Southern Europe Market

About the role

Join HSBC in Switzerland as a Relationship Manager focused on the Southern Europe market. You will be responsible for acquiring and growing long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, leveraging an extensive network to bring new business to the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenues, increase assets under management (AUM) and attract net new money (NNM) for the portfolio.
• Coordinate origination and execution of Global Private Bank products and services worldwide.
• Collaborate with investment advisors, credit specialists, wealth planners and product experts to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure rigorous risk assessment, KYC quality and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Identify liquidity events and financing opportunities in partnership with clients’ professional advisors.
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards and implement audit recommendations.
• Lead by example, achieving financial targets while demonstrating strong corporate behaviour.

Required profile

• Proven relationship‑management experience in private banking or investment banking serving Southern Europe HNW/UHNW clients.
• Demonstrated track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong network of contacts within the Southern Europe market.
