Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.

• Represent the brand professionally, with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
