Remote Podcast Producer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Podcast Producer to own the full production cycle of engaging audio series. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with hosts, guests and content teams to bring each episode from concept to publication while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, record, edit, mix and publish podcast episodes.
• Coordinate scheduling and preparation with hosts, guests and contributors.
• Develop episode outlines and scripts in partnership with content teams.
• Source and integrate music, sound effects and other audio elements.
• Maintain organized archives of audio files and production assets.
• Monitor analytics and audience feedback to guide future content improvements.

Required profile

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
• Passion for storytelling through audio.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry-standard audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or Audacity.
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and RSS feed management.
