Remote SAP S/4HANA Finance & Tax Consultant

About the role

An international SAP S/4HANA transformation project is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance & Tax Consultant to support Finance, Tax and Compliance activities. The role focuses on the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, finance process optimisation, tax compliance and cross-functional integration. It is fully remote, with a start date of 1 November 2026, full-time and a project duration of 6 months and more.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Tax team in SAP S/4HANA transformation activities.
• Analyse, design and optimise SAP Finance and Tax processes.
• Support the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Take part in data migration, testing, training and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI, MM and SD.
• Support SAP DRC, e-invoicing and tax compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Logistics and Compliance stakeholders and turn business requirements into SAP functional solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, training and deployment.
• Good understanding of SAP FI integration with MM and SD.
• Knowledge of SAP DRC, e-invoicing and tax compliance requirements.
• Ability to work across Finance, Tax, Logistics and Compliance workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English.
• Nice to have: international tax and regulatory reporting experience, SAP PaPM, SAP RAM and global S/4HANA transformation experience.
