Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our fast‑paced, international digital environment in Switzerland. The role sits at the intersection of data quality, business intelligence and product analytics, ensuring that reporting systems are accurate, reliable and actionable for key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality reporting systems by ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Build, maintain and optimise automated dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Perform regular data quality checks and validate timely updates of reporting datasets.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data pipelines, including extraction, transformation and reporting layers.
• Collaborate with analysts, product teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into structured reporting solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting workflows and dashboard performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with BI and data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong SQL expertise (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to write complex analytical queries.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Experience working independently in a fast‑moving environment and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Good command of English (Pre‑Intermediate or higher).
