Researcher / Senior Researcher – Executive Search

About the role

BioX is building a dedicated executive‑search team in Switzerland and is looking for a Researcher or Senior Researcher to support life‑science leadership hiring. You will work closely with partners on Board, VP and C‑suite assignments, helping clients shape their leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to capture the full brief beyond the job description.
• Design and execute search strategies across global life‑science markets.
• Map senior talent, build targeted pipelines and conduct insight‑driven outreach.
• Engage senior candidates with thoughtful, data‑backed communication.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, diagnostics and predictive talent modelling.
• Collaborate directly with Partners on high‑impact Board, VP and C‑suite mandates.

Required profile

• Curious, analytical and commercially aware.
• Interest in leadership markets and their evolution.
• Desire to develop expertise in executive search rather than volume recruitment.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and candidates.
• For senior‑researcher level: ability to own search strategy and deliver actionable insights.
