About the role

The Plein‑Soleil site in Lausanne seeks a senior manager to lead its socio‑cultural sector. You will shape the strategic direction of services that support people with neurological conditions or brain injuries, ensuring they remain active participants in their own lives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the socio‑cultural accompaniment model, focusing on self‑determination, quality of life, social participation and external outreach.
• Lead a team of 15.4 full‑time equivalents, fostering a trust‑based management style with clear frameworks, regular feedback and empowerment.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing, medical, therapeutic and other professional staff around each resident’s life project.
• Strengthen relationships with families, external partners and community organisations to open Plein‑Soleil beyond its walls.
• Drive change initiatives, pilot projects, and continuous improvement of practices and organisational processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in social work, socio‑educational fields, health, management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in team management, preferably in a medico‑social or disability‑support setting.
• Strong understanding of accompaniment principles for people with intellectual or physical disabilities.
• Ability to think strategically, translate vision into concrete actions and lead organisational change.
