About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at an exclusive Swiss restaurant in Gstaad. The role involves delivering exceptional Swiss cuisine with refined international influences in a luxurious yet cosy atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Front of House team to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Act as the main host, overseeing service standards and hospitality.
• Maintain impeccable service quality and attention to detail for an exclusive international clientele.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leader thriving in a luxury environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of high‑end client expectations.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate and manage a team to very high standards.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior role within fine dining.
• Confident, professional presence with a genuine passion for guest experience.
