RM Assistant - Swiss Market

About the role

Mirabaud, a family-owned bank with over 750 employees in 8 countries, is looking for an RM Assistant for its Swiss market. The role provides administrative support to Relationship Managers and helps them serve clients, while ensuring regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting, onboarding and closing leads, updating databases, preparing client visits and organising internal and external meetings
• Supporting Relationship Managers with Central Registry documentation, updates and repapering, and handling KYC and AML issues
• Personalised client contact covering cash management, credit/debit cards and transfers, including execution of payment, transfer and trading orders
• Ensuring internal regulatory policies and procedures are followed within required timeframes and observing cross-border rules
• Taking part in client meetings and corporate events when requested

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or degree in Economics, ideally with training in banking products and services (SAQ/CWMA) and/or compliance
• At least 10 years in a similar position in a bank or an investment advisory firm in Switzerland, with willingness to stay in an Assistant role
• Fluent French and English; German is a plus

Required skills

• Good knowledge of wealth management products and services
• Deep knowledge of compliance rules, including cross-border ones, and Swiss regulations
• Excellent communication, organisation, flexibility and client orientation, with teamwork and initiative
