Robot Technician – Full-time in Zürich

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Robot Technician to join our Zurich team. You will work at the intersection of engineering and production, turning innovative robot designs into reliable, market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble complex robotic units from mechanical and electrical components.
• Build and maintain testing rigs for early‑stage prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate designs based on real‑world feedback.
• Manage workshop resources, tools, and inventory.

Required profile

• Proactive builder who takes ownership of messy, real‑world problems.
• Comfortable working in a small, high‑impact team environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong foundation in mechanics and electronics.
• Experience with wire harnesses, soldering and crimping.
• Proficiency using power tools and assembling mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with 3D printing or other rapid‑prototyping technologies.
• Ability to read CAD files and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and PCB design is a plus.
• Previous work with robots is advantageous.
