Robotics Software and Integration Internship

About the role

You will work on Embodied AI systems, handling both hardware and software to deliver end‑to‑end robot solutions that are used by real users. The internship offers hands‑on experience across the full AI stack, from learning and prototyping to integration and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, prototype, and integrate software components for real robots using Linux, Docker, ROS2 and Python.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to connect sensors, actuators, and custom robotic systems, and iterate until the solution works in front of users.

Required profile

• Demonstrated eagerness to build usable robot solutions (e.g., competition, hackathon, or personal projects).
• Experience delivering a robot project on a deadline and presenting demos to others.

Required skills

• Linux, Docker, ROS2, Python, Git, React, TypeScript
• Cloud platforms (gcloud, AWS, Azure), Edge devices (Raspberry Pi, Jetson), Microcontrollers (Arduino)
• Machine learning frameworks (PyTorch), reinforcement/ imitation learning, Isaac ROS/Lab, W&B, HF LeRobot
• Robotic hardware knowledge (robotic arms, smart actuators, cameras, sensors, custom systems)
