SaaS Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive outbound B2B SaaS sales for high‑growth international clients. The role is fully remote and offers a clear path to Account Executive positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Generate and qualify high‑quality leads within target industries and segments.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling product pitches, and own the sales conversation through to close.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and manage opportunities effectively.
• Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs related to outreach, qualified opportunities, conversion rates, and closed deals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with direct SaaS selling.
• Proven closing experience with clear examples of deals and revenue generated.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
